Shipping Fees & Delivery Timelines

Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. Processing and transit times do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are generally shipped the same day, except during periods of high order volume.

Procamptek Inc. provides free standard ground shipping within the country on merchandise orders of $50 USD or more (taxes not included). Orders under $50 USD are subject to a $10 USD shipping fee.

International Shipping Policy

For international purchases, shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or other import-related fees. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import taxes, VAT, customs fees, or similar charges that are not included in the shipping cost shown on our website.

These fees are imposed by the destination country and must be paid in order for your package to be released from customs upon arrival. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

In some cases, you may need to coordinate with your local postal service to pay customs and duty fees before receiving your shipment. If these required charges are not paid, the package will be considered abandoned, and Procamptek Inc. will not issue a refund for the order, including any shipping or related fees.
